
Philosophy
McDermott, Giannini, & Gray Dental Associates was built on a foundation
of caring, competency, consistency and communication. We continually strive
to deliver the highest level of comprehensive dental care, in a comfortable,
clean, attractive environment. We value our patients; we love our jobs;
and we respect each other. Appointments are carefully scheduled so that
patients and doctors alike are not rushed or kept waiting. We "inform
before we perform" to ensure that patients know their options. We encourage
patients to make the right oral health choices while accepting that each
person adopts change at a different pace. Together, we achieve our primary
service objectives: superior quality and total comfort.
Safety
The safety of our patients and staff is of the utmost importance at McDermott,
Giannini, & Gray Dental Associates. Our treatment rooms are designed with
state-of-the-art equipment to meet or exceed the highest standards set
for patient safety. Our staff strictly adheres to all Occupational Safety
and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, and all instruments are either
new (for single use) or sterilized in our on-site, state-of-the-art sterilization
center.
Patient Care
We strive to make every visit to our office relaxing and comfortable for
you. To facilitate this goal, we offer a variety of anesthetics and pain
management techniques, selected according to the procedure and your needs.
We choose from the most modern materials and techniques available to provide
you with the highest quality care and results based on your individual
situation.
Hours
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In addition, our doctors are available on call 24 hours a day to address
your emergency needs.
We pride ourselves on seeing each patient on time. We ask that our patients help us maintain our schedules by being prompt for each visit.
Insurance/Financial
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks and all of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
As a courtesy, we will file all insurance claims for you. Our practice, however, is not a member of an organized plan.
Prior to beginning treatment, you may wish to discuss fees
